The location was stunning right by the train line. And it was also right by a railway tracks.

The location was comfortable and beautiful - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, it was short walk to downtown, and the train lines and freight trains went by at night.

Well, the area was not pleasant overall.

The rooms are reasonably spacious with a coffee/tea maker, multi-channel TV, and a seating area. Enjoyed the fact that we chose it, would return there.

The setting is lovely and beautiful, really close to the train lines and freight trains, a creek and the highway. Also, it is within walking distance of Gorman Lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming motel. The individual cabins provided a cozy and private atmosphere, and we appreciated having our own outdoor sitting area and parking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Cabin #10 was particularly impressive, with excellent mattresses in all three bedrooms. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, complete with an extra table and chairs. We were truly impressed and wished we could have stayed longer.

The location of the hotel was lovely - not too far from Kicking Horse River.

My father and I really enjoyed being there. The staff were friendly in every interaction I had. It was surely a really nice stay for value of your money and quality of stay.

Had nice stay for value of your money and quality of stay. The staff were helpful and amicable the whole time. Hotel's location was good, right next to train. Besides, Golden & District Arena was 4 km away from the venue.

When I am in Golden, I like staying here. The hotel is a lovely base for a trip in Golden. The staff in general is amicable. The location is peaceful, right off the highway.

I had an amazing stay at a charming cottage with a full kitchenette and amenities. The BBQ in the cozy gazebo made for a delicious dinner and even breakfast the next day. The spacious bedrooms were comfortable and the TV had ALL the channels. The air-conditioning kept us cool and the hot water in the bathroom was seamless. I only wish I had booked for longer. I highly recommend this property for a great value stay.

Really enjoyed my stay in Golden, and 100% recommend it. Had a nice 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The staff was great and nice from my arrival up until I left. Its location in Golden was marvellous, close to the train lines, the railway line, and the restaurant at Kicking Horse.

After a rough couple of nights in Pincher Creek, arriving at this cute motel was a big relief. The room was the perfect size for my family of four, including two teenagers. Although there were train tracks nearby, we only heard a train twice and it was quiet at night. The motel had all the amenities we needed and more, including a great little kitchen. The highlight for my kids was the beautiful brook on the property, where they loved playing and even collected slugs. We also enjoyed the games and BBQ available for use. it was a very nice stay.
